Easy Come, Easy Go I visited the dealership for service on my 2012 CR-V and inquired about a trade-in of that vehicle. Sales rep John Harbaugh introduced me to a later model reconditioned CR-V with significant upgrades, and the introduction was a success. He seemed to know just what kind of newer vehicle would capture my imagination, and I left that day very pleased with the new vehicle. More
