Vehicle breakdown was while I was traveling a distance away. Warning icon on display was not found in the manual, so called closest Jeep dealer I could find. Staff who answered call was so polite and comp away. Warning icon on display was not found in the manual, so called closest Jeep dealer I could find. Staff who answered call was so polite and compassionate, and routed me to your service dept, I spoke to Dan. He listened carefully, asking if it might be possible to bring the vehicle right in and they’d help me. This they did, and all this took place on Good Friday! Diagnosis could not be done immediately, so Dan helped in finding a rental…even transporting me there. The next day, they found the problem, which would take some time to repair. Hearing that I had bought the vehicle just 6 weeks prior, Dan took it on himself to call the dealership, explaining the repair. Because of his intervention, the dealership agreed to treat it as a warranty repair, saving me almost $800. Your fine staff not only addressed my anxiety at the time, but had the repair completed on Monday. In summary, you now have a new customer. Thank you with all my heart! More
