I came to see a certain car (from Daytona Beach) and the car mysteriously was sold prior to me arriving. No one called or informed me of this. I ended up leaving with a Prius I didn't initially want. I had my sick mother drive me and she told me I had to leave with a car. That is the only reason I even purchased a vehicle from this terrible Toyota. I would have rather purchased from Daytona. Where they are local and they treat their customers right. When I got home I realized the cover to the trunk was missing. This was only the beginning of the issues I had. The extended 7 year 100,000 warranty Daniel up sold me is now currently invalid. It has been 83,000 and only 4 years. I have called for the past 6 months. No one will call me back. They are now ignoring my calls and emails. The Toyota in California will not take the expired warranty and the warranty company said Arlington needed to fix the issues. They have not doe a thing. This is not a way to treat a customer. I had an issue they said they would cover and they did not. They finally took care of that issue but now my maintenance light is on and no one will response to me. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM HERE. I wanted to take the car back the minute I drove off the lot. I would never purchase a car from here again and never recommend this dealership. I call every morning before work and am told "Someone will return your call" everyday and nothing. I have the copy of the warranty. Save your money and take it anywhere but here. You will only be taken advantage of. More

Our experience began with outright deceptive pricing on a used car. The price reflected on their website was not what the total price was in reality. They added $1,800 to the advertised price for such items used car. The price reflected on their website was not what the total price was in reality. They added $1,800 to the advertised price for such items as window tinting, nitrogen in the tires, etc that we could care less about, yet they communicated it was not optional, the full price had to get the $1,800 bump! Moreover, the dealership was totally disorganized, did not provide anything in writing about the items included in the $1,800, nor returned our calls timely.. The only bright spot were Daniel in Finance,, Roger in Sales, and Mark in Servicing. We have purchased numerous autos over our lifetime, and this was the absolute worst! More

Very pleasant atmosphere. I had the opportunity to work with Dominick Barksdale. Prior to coming to the dealership, Dominick had began answering many of my questions by phone. Once I arrived to the dealers with Dominick Barksdale. Prior to coming to the dealership, Dominick had began answering many of my questions by phone. Once I arrived to the dealership he showed me cars that meet my request and was patient until we found the perfect fit for my needs. He also made sure I understood the ends and outs of my purchase and has since followed up to ensure that all of my questions were addressed and that I was satisfied. I also meet with AJ who introduced me to the features of my new vechicle and assisted with the transfer of my personal items from my former vechicle. Both men were great to work with and was not in a hurry for a sale but made sure I had no reservations. Very polite, willing to assist and providing exceptional customer service. I am very happy with my final decision. Thank you!! More

Your salesman makes ALL the difference. I highly recommend Michael Marinelli. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I had trouble deciding between a RAV4 and a Tacoma recommend Michael Marinelli. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I had trouble deciding between a RAV4 and a Tacoma. He pointed out the differences of each and helped us to decide which would suit our family best. He also worked very hard to keep us in our budget. He even got them to pay off our trade. If/when we need another car, we will return to Michael at Arlington Toyota. Thank you, Michael, for making this an easy experience. More
