Super busy, took 3 hrs to buy a car. Certified used 2025 had dents i didn't see untiI i stopped for gas since it had only half a tank. Didn't offer any options for financing, just used 6 yrs. Pushed all the usual add-ons and how they would effect the monthly payment, no clear picture of actual cost overall. Exact car was at Morries for a couple hundred more. We'll see how doing something about dents works out before I decide if I ever return. More

Very poor customer service. Was quoted one price by email but charged a higher price when I got there a day later. After talking to 3 managers I got no where. It was a fantastic customer experience. It felt warm and welcoming compared to Luther which we had visited earlier that day. We found on at Walser and were taking about a guardian "Angel" (who we spoke with before going that way) and going the car was going to be good.
