I called in for assistance when couldn't figure out how to get my dashboard lights on. Daniel Erickson immediately looked up my vehicle and found the information. In addition, he told me there was a recall on my vehicle before I even heard about it from Toyota. He explained the issue and helped me decide how quick I needed to get in to have the work done. I was able to get in the next week, have the recall taken care of and a multi point inspection to make sure that the car was set for the winter. Daniel was professional & helpful and took extra time to answer some questions I had about my new car that I haven;t driven much during the pandemic. Great job! More
