Intake person Daniel Erickson was friendly thorough and precise. Service work was completed on time. My only irritation was the service technician did not reset the service message nor put on the windshie precise. Service work was completed on time. My only irritation was the service technician did not reset the service message nor put on the windshield sticker. I find the sticker helpful and I cannot not figure out how to reset the message. This impinges on my time. But other than that it was a good experience More

Toyota of Brookfield has impressed me all the times I have been there. Sales and service department are far better then what I am used with all the other car dealers I have done business with. I wish to compliment Daniel Erickson on his efforts to help me solve a problem that, as it turned out was not a service issue, but a factory installment decision. Still, he knew this issue was a concern help me solve a problem that, as it turned out was not a service issue, but a factory installment decision. Still, he knew this issue was a concern of mine and followed up several times to see if the issue was being dealt with by others at the dealership. I really appreciated his efforts on my behalf. I am not pleased by the decision Toyota has made to not install Navigation systems on some of it's vehicles, despite highlighting the Navigation system on it's website, but this was new information for everyone I worked with at this dealership. I hope that a solution will be found. Meanwhile, I was very impressed by the courtesy and concern Daniel extended to me. More
