Recent visit was for we owe and to get hands free update. I dropped off my car early and requested an oil change with 1k miles on the odometer as a break in oil change. It took nearly 8 hours to get my car b I dropped off my car early and requested an oil change with 1k miles on the odometer as a break in oil change. It took nearly 8 hours to get my car back and when I went to pick it up, the hands free update was not applied. I was told it was not available, etc. I pressed the issue and there was a back and forth and was able to leave my car for an additional bit of time, with a loaner to go pick up my child from school. When I returned, in roughly and hour, the hands free driving update was applied. My main concern was that I expressed that the update be applied on this visit along side the we owe install. I added on the oil change while it was being worked on. It took all day for 2 of those to happen, and the hands free was applied after I pressed the issue and had to wait all day for my car to be returned to me. I do not understand why a foot well light install, oil change and hands free update (which itself was done in less than an hour) took 8 hours to complete and only after I pointed things out. It was a welcomed gesture to be provided a loaner to go pickup my daughter from school, but given the time and work completed, it should not have come to that. More

Everything about the transaction was pleasant, except for the trade-in portion. Luciano was wonderful with selction of vehicles, listening to me, patiently trying to match a vehicle to my needs. The trade-in portion was less than I would expect from this dealership. We bought a Forester 11 years ago from here that we still drive. We own 2 Foresters; the 2018 I was trading in. I had just taken it to the Firestone dealer who has taken care of our cars for many years. Because I knew my granddaughter would be purchasing one of my 2 cars, I took both to Firestone and said, "If there is anything that would make you hesitant from letting your own daughter or wife drive the car, let me know and we will fix it." Since they know me well, they went over both with a fine tooth comb. I'm sure if there was a hint of something, they would have told me. (Meant more money for them) In fact, their exact words were, "Believe we looked for something in these old cars, but found nothing we consider needing attention right now." So I had expected at least 1-2 thousand more in the trade-in. The employee who drove the car and determined the value did not even come to speak to me about the value placed on it. I was told he said the transmission was slipping, etc. As an elder widow, I know that if my husband had been here, I believe the value would have been higher. That was disappointing and frustrated me. I might have sold my car had I known the value would have been that low. In the end, I bought the new car and was thankful to have worked with Luciano, who was wonderful. Daniel had worked with me before, but was unavaliable that day. More

This is the second time I have purchased through Subaru Superstore, will likely not be my last. Great service in quite possibly some of the best and safest vehicles on the road.
