It is really sad to say that when selling a car sales people run right & left of you to make a deal but after the deal is made they don't care. They don't know how to build a strong and long relationship people run right & left of you to make a deal but after the deal is made they don't care. They don't know how to build a strong and long relationship with a customer for future sales and also for the referrals. I am really sad to say that Rob was one the guys who didn't care after the fact. We barely purchased a car and picked it up two weeks ago, and after a week of purchased we noticed a small crack growing on the windshield from the bottom corner, we barely drove the car, it was pretty obvious that the chip was there on the windshield but wasn't disclosed by the sales person because it was not noticeable, but as soon as the weather hit 60s the crack start growing exponentially. First of all I am a normal consumer who do not know much about cars so something like that I wouldn't notice at time of purchase. Rob is blaming me of cracking the windshield as he don't want to deal with the headache. His words "if you have notice something like that you should've brought the car right away not after one month". Notice the words "one month", he is already exaggerating that the car has been bought so long ago and we can't do anything about it. Sad thing is that he is a General Manager, not a Sales Manger or Assistant Sales Manager, he is at the highest rank and but his thinking is even lower than a standard sales person. I would give him a rating of 0 star but the lowest I can give is 1. More

Thorough, and good pricing Subaru superstore was awesome. They helped me by updating my radio (I didn't know it needed an update) and they fixed my oil drain plug for cheap. I g Subaru superstore was awesome. They helped me by updating my radio (I didn't know it needed an update) and they fixed my oil drain plug for cheap. I got an oil change, wheel alignment and a few other things done that i thought would cost in the 200 range but they saved me a good chunk of change. I walked out only paying 115. These guys are great and have great customet service. Thanks Subaru team. More

Fantastic Sales, Service and the Best SUV on the roads today ( this review might be redundant my apologies I wrote a review three days ago and it has not shown up in any review for the Subaru Superstore in Chan ( this review might be redundant my apologies I wrote a review three days ago and it has not shown up in any review for the Subaru Superstore in Chandler Arizona so here goes ) We walked in to the dealership expecting a stressful experience and walked out smiling and anticipating driving a new Subaru Forester. Daniele Falls our Sales representative was wonderful ...caring , knowledgeable , professional... we became instant friends. After much research I went to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted in a new SUV ..Daniel Falls with the patience of Job matched me with a 2019 Forester Limited which was loaded with all the safety features I had researched and wanted in my new vehicle he knew exactly what my needs were ... I can’t say enough about Daniel Falls.. .. by the way my husband and I are Ford people .. have been our adult lives and I’m 70 ! We went to Subaru because that’s where my research led us and Daniel Falls closed the deal...Excellent Sales Person ! Day two Daniel took us on a test drive , day three I drove my new Forester home. The Subaru superstore in Chandler Arizona was spotless , a bright and friendly atmosphere ,very comfortable a lovely seating area with refreshments including cookies ... The Staff from Customer Service, Reception , the Store Manager , the Financial Manager, everyone made us feel very comfortable and at ease ... it truly was a pleasurable experience doing business with the Subaru superstore staff which to my amazement will continue because they have offered classes to help me fully understand how to operate especially the new safety features in the Forester and have already made an appointment to have a one on one training .....Follow up, caring people ....Happy buyer...me!
