I dealt with Tim Maltbie from the beginning and could not ask for a nicer guy and salesman. I had gone to three previous dealerships in the capital district looking for a 2015 Toyota Sienna and at each was not really given the time of day. All three I might add were Toyota Dealerships. I spotted a used Toyota Sienna online at Krystal and called about it. Tim quoted me a good price on the phone and at the time of purchase dropped it a little bit more. It was the only dealership out of my search that actually worked with me on the price all the others were what you see is it. Tim even sent me pics of some minor scratches on the vehicle as my concern was to drive an hour plus and find a very used vehicle. I could not ask for a better experience and highly recommend Tim Maltbie and any of the staff at Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge no matter what make of vehicle you are purchasing. More
