I have purchase truck on April 12 2025 Sales guys were really helpful and knowledgeable but here positive impression ends. Finance manager first tried to sell me extended warranty. When I refused he got really helpful and knowledgeable but here positive impression ends. Finance manager first tried to sell me extended warranty. When I refused he got upset and still didn't give up and kept trying and not taking no for answer. In some point I have asked how much was extended warranty. Finance manger: "twenty eight. ninety five" it was confusing for me so I asked: "three thousand?" He: "No! twenty eight ninety five" I asked again: "so three thousand?" He: "No! twenty eight ninety five" here I asked him to show me on screen since the way he read number was confusing, I looked on screen and it was $2895. Why would you read that number as twenty eight ninety five? especially if twice I asked if it is three thousand? you know it is confusing. He could read that number as two thousand eight hundred ninety five dollars or as twenty eight hundred ninety five dollars, at least he could do that after he saw I'm confused about price but no he had to keep reading this the same way so it could be confused that is only $28.95 (twenty eight ninety five) This is how first chance of deception was created. When this failed, we start signing papers and here he sneak in gap insurance forms. HE NEVER ASKED ME IF I WANT $1200 GAP INSURANCE simple just among bunch of another forms added that. And I just kept signing that not suspecting you can go that low and try to trick me by giving me forms of insurance (5 of them, 4 were complementary $0 and just 1 for $1200). On printed retail installment contract my signature is very small, unnatural, hardly recognizable, taking less than 5% of signing box space, it was signed on tablet when he enlarge signing box so I could NOT see that contract and notice that $1200 was added. The same day at home I went through printed paper work and I realized about that. I called him, unfortunately it was already 15 minutes after dealership closing. I called him early morning Monday and told him that insurance company didn't even receive paper work yet( I called insurance company 8am Monday) so that is good time to stop that, he said he would cancel, but he didn't. I canceled it 2 days later. During my short visit in his office he told me he owns 11 rental units, first he gained my respect I looked at him as hard working man in retiring age who gained all that wealth by hard work. Now I know how he gained that. Unfortunately just right now I read his reviews and I know he has done that before. You have 11 rental inits, you are in retiring age and you still need to do that :) apparently old habits die hard. Right now I'm waiting for refund in case of having problem with that I will have my attorney involved. More
