Ruben Cendoya was a pleasure to do business with. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Thankyou Ruben! I would purchase a car through him again. 5 stars for Ruben! I have to remove one star for the dealership as a whole because Shyla the financial advisor was a bit of a different story. She pushed me really hard to buy platinum warranty which didn’t come up till I got in the room with her. I was already set on the included gold warranty and felt good about it. Shyla tried her best to convince me that modern Toyotas, like the one I was purchasing, are not reliable and I’ll be sorry if I don’t buy this warranty. It felt kinda crazy; a conflict of interest. I had just decided to go ahead and buy this car, I felt good about it, and then she tried her best to convince me it was going to fall apart. I couldn’t believe it. But that was her strategy. It was going to be a $4000 add on that significantly impacted the total price and payment. I couldn’t afford it for one thing and my whole philosophy with Toyotas is I trust them to be reliable, otherwise I might look at a different vehicle. When I declined her attitude changed completely and she was very standoffish and passive aggressive towards me for the rest of the paperwork. She made me feel bad for doing this deal as it was. In the end I didn’t let her ruin my experience, overall it was great, but I’d definitely like to take one star away for her attitude. More

My dealership experience was good overall. I feel like I got a good price for a vehicle I had my eyes on for a while. Pretty ironic though that I asked about 2026 models and literally the day I feel like I got a good price for a vehicle I had my eyes on for a while. Pretty ironic though that I asked about 2026 models and literally the day after I bought mine the 26 models were launched on Toyota.com. It's the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer. What would have been nice was more attention to explaining all of the features of the car when I was handed the keys. The only thing Noah seemed to be happy to explain was getting the Toyota App installed/downloaded and connected to the 4runner I bought. I asked Noah about first service or break in and there was nothing mentioned other than "maybe 100 miles." I'll give it to Noah as thats probably him being new and not much of a car person. When I bought my 2018 Tacoma from Kristin DeMars, she spent 20 to 30 minutes with me making sure I knew all of the buttons and controls on the Tacoma. I didn't get any of that from Noah. Also when I bought my 2018 Tacoma, I was given a 30 day/1000 mile first service to come in and make sure everything was good with my new purchase. I was not offered anything like that this time around, and kind of left to my own accord to figure out my vehicles ins and outs. More

Jorge was a pleasure to work with throughout my car search. He was first to greet me when I walked into the dealership and from there on out was attentive to all the parameters I set around budget and search.
