I appreciate how easy it was to get an appointment to follow up with the diagnostic on the oil leaking in my RAV4. $41 "surcharge" for the privilege of using a credit card. This alone is reason enough to never come back. I drive 30 miles to get to Fort's. Driving double the miles to another dealership will not be a problem for me. $1100 for new tires, but I had to go to Walmart to buy my own valve caps. You know, you could have reused my old valve caps instead of throwing them in the garbage. Was promised a $100 mail-in rebate for the tire. Never got the information on how to get that. More
