I suppose it is not unusual for customers to be suspicious of a car salesperson because of the negative stereotypes associated with the profession. From the start, Alec made me feel like I was a rockstar and was there to make my car buying experience seamless. The gentleman was polite, respectful and not at all pushy. He explained the hybrid process in great detail on our test drive. He is a true stand-up professional. I took possession of my RAV4 Hybrid on Saturday, November 1 I would recommend Alec Thompson at Heritage Toyota to buy their next vehicle. He is truly exceptional. On a 1 to 10 scale, my car buying experience with Heritage was indeed a perfect 10. I should also mention David Randolph, the Finance Manager.
