He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the service capabilities of the Gosch Ford Service Temecula; specifically, he understands which service mechanic or service area should be utilized to make the necessary repairs or service checks for our vehicle which in turn means a smooth, quick turnaround for our vehicle with the service department. Daniel is the first person that greets you when you arrive at the service line to turn your vehicle in for service. He is quick and efficient checking his list of appointments, then make sure to get us to the correct service Rep/writer; and he keeps the line moving. More

Had a wiper recall on my Ford F150. Was unable to drive in the rain due to my windshield wipers not working. I normally hate dealerships, I can’t tell you the amount of hate I have for dealers. HOWEVER… I was treated like an actual customer, up front of any additions, upfront of any GAP, any kind of modifications of hate I have for dealers.
