Had a wiper recall on my Ford F150. Was unable to drive in the rain due to my windshield wipers not working. I normally hate dealerships, I can’t tell you the amount of hate I have for dealers. HOWEVER… I was treated like an actual customer, up front of any additions, upfront of any GAP, any kind of modifications of hate I have for dealers. Samantha and the service department are great. She takes care of me and my truck. I drive around 60,000 miles a year so I’m in every 6 weeks or so.
