Service department so bad I stopped buying Audi brand Been attempting to get my Audi A8 serviced here for years. Dealership so poorly managed you'll never have the same person in the service department from one visit to the next. The turnover is so high, anyone you meet in service will be gone in a few months. Want to call for an appointment? Good luck. The online number routes to some third-party 800 number that doesn't easily connect to Audi Dallas. When you do get through to Audi Dallas, the odds a human will actually take a call is slim. After you leave a VM to get a call back to schedule an appointment, hours will typically pass. The phone tag is so painful, I drive to the dealership in person to schedule an appointment! Their loan cars are so sparse, appointments typically are scheduled over a week in advance. The check-in and check-out process is faster for liver-transplant surgery than here. Not bad people but compared to other service departments near them, this is the bottom of the barrel. More

Terrible service department! Sales process is pretty good, but service department is the worst you will find. Called to schedule a service appointment and first available was 2 w Sales process is pretty good, but service department is the worst you will find. Called to schedule a service appointment and first available was 2 weeks out. Took it in and 5.5 weeks later I got it back! All they did in that time was software updates and camera calibration because of a replaced windshield. I had some other things on the list, but they couldn't figure out how to fix them. When they finally returned it, they left 5 miles of gas in it, no car wash, and when we touched the rear view mirror, it dropped and dangled by the wires. I escalated to service manager and general manager, but got no response. Opened a case with Audi corporate too. It was a mess. Not a customer oriented place. More
