I’m impressed. Actually… maybe even a little ‘wowed’. Having purchased 20 + cars in my life (including 4 Audi RS models) in dealerships across the USA, I have had a mixed bag of experiences. Audi Dal Having purchased 20 + cars in my life (including 4 Audi RS models) in dealerships across the USA, I have had a mixed bag of experiences. Audi Dallas is hands down and unequivocally the best experience I have had during any car buying transaction. PERIOD. Like most consumers – I am a value guy. I want to be respected, treated fairly, and I want a deal. I felt the value was there, things were fair, the dealership was very reasonable, and everybody walked away happy. That hardly ever happens – right!!! Well… it happened on Dec 30th at Audi Dallas. After waiting many months (Audi’s delay - NOT the dealership) my nardo gray 2022 RSQ8 finally arrived. What an incredible car!!! Even though I live on the west side of the DFW area – I chose Audi Dallas because my experiences at the local Audi dealer (Grapevine) have been so horrendous, unprofessional, offensive, difficult, appalling, insulting, upsetting, contemptuous, and abysmal. Audi Grapevine tried to overcharge / gouge me on the new car purchase and then lowball me more than $5,000 on my current trade-in. Stay away! The Audi Dallas dealership was clean, super modern, spacious, and hospitable. Audi Dallas does the most volume of any Audi Dealer in the DFW area – and now I know why. Pricing, service, attention to details, and attitude. They get it. They treat you how they would want to be treated. You feel like you matter. Never did I feel like I was being sold. Instead, I felt like I was being educated and presented options by folks who genuinely cared more about my needs and happiness than their commission check. Thomas Hornsby, the General Sales Manager of Audi Dallas; was a fantastic communicator. He was fair on price and value (I shopped him against 40+ other dealers). He also paid me fairly for my 2014 RS7 Trade In! Mr. Hornsby was extremely helpful, ethical, integral, sincere, genuine, and honest. He is just an all-around good dude and someone who is easy to talk to and work with. He is a loyal, a team player, cares greatly about his team, customers, and doing the right thing. He has excellent leadership qualities and a very high EQ. He is somebody you can trust, believe, a man of his word, accountable, responsive, and truly a gentleman, leader, and executive in every respect. Artie Timin - the Assistant Sales Manager was equally impressive, thoughtful, considerate, courteous, and helpful. Artie took my trade in, helped me clean out my car, installed my temporary plates and even remembered to grab my sunglasses (which I forgot!!!). He personally escorted me around the dealership – introduced me to the parts guys and finance manager, helped me purchase some accessories - ensured I got everything I needed, and that all the paperwork was in order and correct. Artie even gave me some fantastic and much needed advice about window tinting, paint protection film, and ideas about how to really make my car look amazing (black door handles). The finance manager Stephen Rosencranz was professional, efficient, detailed, honest, truthful, and forthright. Never did I feel pressured. When I pushed back on some of the pricing for the add-ons or had questions – Stephen was factual, cordial, friendly, and respectful. Once he remarked – I will not insult you by offering ‘x or y’. On another item – he flatly stated – ‘yeah – that does not make sense for you.’. I genuinely felt he had my best interest in mind. I ended up buying Audi Care (highly recommended – you really do need this) and the 8 year – 80,000-mile extended warranty. Both were priced fairly and good deals. The Parts / Service Team. These guys are often overlooked – but they serve a very important part within the dealership Johnny & Daniel McClure – Great Job! I purchased a myriad of accessories for my car. They were priced fairly – and even the items that were not in stock they were able to get quickly. Their labor rates / time are fair and within market. They also did me a solid. I bought some black optic door handles. THEN…had no idea how to wire them up with the sensors – etc… The parts / service team dropped everything to help me understand the wiring / sensors and figure out how to get the door handles installed. Incredible. So grateful. I also wanted to give a shout out to Michael Eagleburger. What a nice young man. He was extremely personable, thoughtful, patient, and passionate. A former Navy Corpsman (Thank You for your service) – Michael was kind enough to walk me through all my car’s technology, and truly educate me on what was important. Folks want and need that winning of formula of honesty, ethics, integrity, trust, security, service, communication, value, quality, fairness, and simplicity. I am not sure there is a pickier or more type A guy out there than me – and I feel that Audi Dallas truly delivered on all of the above. Great job! More

Audi Dallas has been a great place to have our 2013 Audi serviced since the day we bought it new. Having said that, we are extremely disappointed in the disconnect between the dealership and Audi corporate serviced since the day we bought it new. Having said that, we are extremely disappointed in the disconnect between the dealership and Audi corporate as respects warranty matters. In late 2018, we had to replace the water pump on our Allroad and had only 65,000 miles on the vehicle. Unbeknownst to us, Audi had extended the warranty on the water pump to 100,000 miles. Had the dealer known this, we would have saved approximately $1600. It is unknown at this time if Audi Dallas will intervene on our behalf to secure a reimbursement of the $1600 we spent for a covered repair or, alternatively, secure a credit for forthcoming service work. Now, to add more fuel to our disappointment, we learned this week when going the 75,000 mile service, we needed all of the engine gaskets replaced because the engine was leaking oil. In our opinion, we believe the gaskets may have been compromised when the water pump was replaced just months earlier at 65,000 miles. It is unfathomable that a 2013 Allroad would need both the water pump and all engine gaskets replaced in such a short time interval of 7000 miles. Moreover, if there had been any indication of a gasket issue, it would have been noticeable at 65000 miles when the water pump was being replaced. We were planning on upgrading to a new Allroad in the near future but that is out of the question now given our recent experience. We would be very grateful if Audi Corporate or Audi Dallas could step up to provide a material degree of restitution. Don and Elizabeth McLaughlin More
