Great Dealership; Interesting Experience I'd never actually been a part of the car buying experience through a dealer until this purchase. My cars have been Craigslist/hand-me-downs. Creatively met our not-so-straightforward car-buying needs My daughter and I came in with two used cars -- one of which was not so gently used! We wanted to leave with two vastly newer cars, but, had a specifi My daughter and I came in with two used cars -- one of which was not so gently used! We wanted to leave with two vastly newer cars, but, had a specific combined price point we needed to make it work. Well, Dan, Steve, Jim and Mark got super creative, worked with us on financing and options, and made the whole thing work! It took quite a lot of their effort, and more than a little time. Throughout all of the iterations, there were jokes, laughs, groans (ugh, misspelled my name on ALL the paperwork ... let's reprint it !) -- and always easy-going and no pressure. We knew what we needed, and they did a fabulous job meeting our needs. Definitely a great overall experience, and so happy with our two new vehicles (mine is the one pictured). These are my 6th and 7th cars from Rowe -- I can always count on them to work with me! Related side note: the service department has also been excellent to work with, we trust them with our cars. We tried others, learned hard and costly lessons, and now won't go anywhere else. More
