Very secure communications between not the owner of vehicle and service department. Dealership wouldn't let me inquire on MY vehicle as I am not the person on registration (mother is registered owner). vehicle and service department. Dealership wouldn't let me inquire on MY vehicle as I am not the person on registration (mother is registered owner). They did however release all information to my mother who is the registered owner but not me the person who set up the service appointment and is the person on the purchase/repair documents for the vehicle at the dealership. Overall no complaints for the service performed. Wish communication when I inquire about MY vehicle would be conveyed instead of ghosting me who is the customer. I was forced to bring an uninvolved party into the situation to have them receive information about the vehicle being serviced and completed. If it weren't for my parents getting involved I wouldn't have been informed my vehicle was finished with repairs and ready for pick up. More

I do not like how impersonal the texting is should at least get one call. And then that’s why I ended up having to have more work done and leave the car longer but at least if you would’ve received a pho least get one call. And then that’s why I ended up having to have more work done and leave the car longer but at least if you would’ve received a phone call you would know what’s going on with the vehicle not saying it’s done then you get there and it’s not done because it needs extra parts. And at least have more than one guy to be able to call that’s not overwhelmed with how many vehicles he’s trying to take care of And I drive distance from Carmel New York all the way to Ramsey, New Jersey, which is ridiculous. There’s no minis near me otherwise Norwalk Connecticut the closest one so as I am with my business, I believe people should be thorough. And customer oriented on a more personal basis not just a text. More
