My car is always taken right on time and finished within the timeframe he indicates. I love the videos that are sent during the service to update me on the progress of the service being performed. Mini of Ramsey is unbelievably organized and everyone I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at this dealership is amazing. Over my long driving history of other brands of cars, I've always dreaded returning to the dealer for service because my experiences have always been less than pleasant; where my cars were not fixed properly and once the wrong car was returned to me. This is my first new Mini and Mini of Ramsey has completely changed my attitude. I love my Mini and I love Mini of Ramsey. I will never bring my Mini anywhere but there for service.
