The service advisers had multiple explanations about the service yesterday. Bottom line is my new tires had a brown film on them that I asked to be removed when purchased two weeks prior. Upon arrival to pick up, Jason was not there and another advisor was annoyed he had to help me - was quite sarcastic. He said it was wear and tear on my tires anyway?? Also that I need to trust Him?? What is that all about and where is my advisor Jason? Also was invoiced $424 for the loaner which was an error but Jason never reached Out to inform me. I left a message I had to call the service Manager to check on the Invoice. Overall Customer service was not good across the board. Disappointed and will probably look for another dealer as this was not the first time I am getting inaccurate information. More
