Out of state purchase - I still do not have the temporary plates for my car. Car was finally shipped after several delays. I have called multiple times and was told that the paperwork was being overnighted b plates for my car. Car was finally shipped after several delays. I have called multiple times and was told that the paperwork was being overnighted but no one provided a tracking number for the documents and temp plates. Any time that I have called to follow up I am told that everyone is too busy too get back to me - seriously? My purchase isn't complete until I have all of the paperwork so that I can register my car. I was told on a Saturday that accounting was working on my papers, then I found out another time that I called that accounting doesn't work on Saturdays. Car arrived with 1 windshield wiper missing and an almost dead battery (have replaced those). Car was not detailed as the salesperson had promised and did not have a full tank of gas (also promised). Gap insurance was added to the financing without my knowledge (didn't know that you could even have that on a car that isn't new). I had stated that I wanted to put money down but was never given the option to wire any money at all. I have a car sitting in my driveway that I cannot drive because I don't have temporary plates. I questioned a checkbox item on an insurance form and was told that it would be too much of an inconvenience for the finance department to resend everything. I had to receive documents to be signed through texts and not .pdfs. I have no idea when or if the temporary plates will ever come. I have purchased vehicles out of state before - this transaction was not what I expected at all. More
