Truly outstanding service that exceeded every expectation. I had a tire blow out on a Sunday and had the car towed to the Marin VW after hours drop off. First thing the next morning, I received a expectation. I had a tire blow out on a Sunday and had the car towed to the Marin VW after hours drop off. First thing the next morning, I received a text that they had the car, saw the problem, and were already working on it and would give me a call when it was ready. I proceeded to receive a video showing the underside of the car with everything else checking out well. Shortly after, I got one more text asking where they should send a Lyft to pick me up to bring me to get the car that had already been fixed. What could’ve been a huge pain was made very easy by their excellence service. More
