He is easy to talk with. He is a keeper! I also appreciated that I had a coupon for a discount for my oil change. I hope you continue offering them. It helps and keeps customers like me coming back. Also, the Lyft car rides always come within a very short amount t of time and makes it easy to drop the car off to take me home and then return with Lyft back to the dealership.

Ryan O’Sullivan was my first meet and greet when dropping off my car and I hope for his sake he has another gig, communicating, smiling and walking with pride are not his strengths. He could care less about me, my car, or his job for that matter. Daniel, who was my mechanic, was nice via text, however, he sent me a video of my tires, and not only can I not hear him or understand the purpose of the video, but he forgot to put back my tire caps, so that’s something else I will need to address. Also, I stressed to the nice representative via phone that I was having issues with my windshield wipers, I was told by Ryan that my concerns were on record. I informed the VW that my wipers go off all the time and it drives me nuts and that my new wipers don’t seem to work. When picking up my car, Ryan said there was nothing wrong with my wipers. I live 1.7 miles away from the dealership and in that amount of distance my wipers went off 11 times, and my wipers still don’t work, so needless to say I’m beyond grateful for RainX, or else I wouldn’t be able to drive in this rain.
