My first (but not, I'm sure, my last) experience with Riata Ford was a thoroughly pleasant one. They were here on time. Fixed two small recall items & changed my oil right on the curb by my house in less than thirty minutes. The guys were friendly & courteous. All-in-all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend others use it. It was much better than other dealers where it took 2-3 weeks to just get an appointment then half a day sitting around the dealership. More
