I am so lucky to have Leif Johnson Ford right down the road. I overheated on the side of the highway the other week, and the service team told me to have my car towed to the dealership to ensure the issue road. I overheated on the side of the highway the other week, and the service team told me to have my car towed to the dealership to ensure the issue wasn’t related to the recall fix I’d just had my car in for. The team looked at my car first thing in the morning and were able to confirm that the recall repair was still holding strong, and that somehow my radiator had been punctured! JD was so thorough in his explanation and made sure I understood the issue very clearly. While this situation was initially a nightmare for me, JD and the team eased my worries and made sure I felt taken care of and supported. I now have my car back and have zero worries. Hopefully I don’t have to see them again for a while (ha!) but if something does come up, I know I’ll be in good hands! More

Great service as always. I certainly appreciate the loaner vehicle. I live an hour away from the dealership and it makes it easier to get back-and-forth to work and to keep g I certainly appreciate the loaner vehicle. I live an hour away from the dealership and it makes it easier to get back-and-forth to work and to keep going while my vehicle is in the shop. The only thing I can say that I did not appreciate was having to pay a deductible again for much of the same work that was done about a year ago. Transmission work should not come again after around 10,000 miles. It should’ve been warrantied. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was great. More

Thy have done oil change service for my car , happy to helping me with pickup and delivery but after 2 days I saw oil drop on my garage and drive way , it make go there and they checked, they told me, aft helping me with pickup and delivery but after 2 days I saw oil drop on my garage and drive way , it make go there and they checked, they told me, after oil change the mechanic did not clean it properly that’s why oil was dripping. Come on this is Ford dealership how it’s possible, the mechanic be that much unprofessional and careless? I have checked under neat of the car , the underneath cover is super greasy. What you guys recommend? More
