Rich and team at Audi Charlotte = 5 STARS We were referred by our neighbors who had just purchased a new car with Rich Gouhin @ Audi Charlotte and were extremely happy. We already knew what ki We were referred by our neighbors who had just purchased a new car with Rich Gouhin @ Audi Charlotte and were extremely happy. We already knew what kind of car we were looking for and Rich didn't waste our time trying to sell cars we did not want and didn't try to up sell us on features we didn't need. There was no pressure to buy and in the end we got everything we was looking for and more. The best part was NO SURPRISES at closing the price on the offer sheet was the price we paid. Rich and the team were upfront and honest about everything and so knowledgeable about the cars and features in the brand (this was not the case at some of the other dealers we visited). If you are shopping for an Audi in/or near Charlotte, I would strongly recommend you check them out. Even if they don't have the car on their lot, they will do everything they can to get it delivered for you. 5 STARS!!!! More

Easiest buying experience Worked with Max today to purchase my new Audi. Couldn't have found a better guy to work with. He made the process easy for myself, my wife and my 6 we Worked with Max today to purchase my new Audi. Couldn't have found a better guy to work with. He made the process easy for myself, my wife and my 6 week old (yep, Max even sat / shared the rear seat with my 6 week old as we test drove). He was also very good working through the paperwork and did so diligently and fast as he knew I had an upcoming important appointment to get to. Max is the guy you want. More
