The dealership was fine but missed opportunities to exceed expectations. I was surprised there were a few specifications on the car the sales person didn’t get correct. I was also disappointed I was forced to purchase the nearly $1,000 LoJack system I had no interest in purchasing. After I had agreed to purchase the car and initiated payment, there was little or no effort by the dealership group to facilitate processing on the dealership end. This level of service and transparency may be normal for auto dealers, it doesn’t match my expectations. More
