Dishonest Practice I was scheduled to test drive a vehicle and got a call on the evening to confirm that I am keeping my appointment. I confirmed and asked to make sure I was scheduled to test drive a vehicle and got a call on the evening to confirm that I am keeping my appointment. I confirmed and asked to make sure that the vehicle was in the dealership. I had read other reviews stating that the vehicle that was supposedly there and turned out not. Obviously, I wanted to make sure I am not wasting an hour plus drive for nothing. Turned out that I was right on that gut feeling. Excuse: "That vehicle is not in this lot, but in one of our other 5 lots. I can show you something else right now". Stop it guys!!! These trickery does not work and shouldn't be part of the routine. Why waste everyone time when you know that a sale of another vehicle is slim to none?! I had asked for 1 particular vehicle. It is easier for you to tell me that the vehicle is sold then to waste my time to drive all the way out there. This dishonest practice has to change as the general view of car dealership is less than favorable to begin. Thanks guys for keeping this stereotype alive!! More
