Absolutely the worst service department that I have ever dealt with!!! No communication whatsoever or customer service skills. I have had an issue with my car since December and it is now the end of March a dealt with!!! No communication whatsoever or customer service skills. Everyone else has had a good experience. .except me. Maybe they have something against me. Constant run around, no one talks to each other about my situation, so when I try and talk with a n .except me. Maybe they have something against me. Constant run around, no one talks to each other about my situation, so when I try and talk with a new person, they know nothing. It has been frustrating and annoying to say the least. Made my BP go up and my stress level is sky high when talking to them. I expect when I buy a new car, to have it work properly for a while…one month and something was wrong. Now I have to wait another couple months until another part comes in. I wonder if they will call me this time, they didn’t last time! More
