1) I was told my car would be ready the saame day. It took a month. I went without a car for over 10 days. Finally I got a loaner from them. 2) I had my EV battery replaced by recall. My new car was It took a month. I went without a car for over 10 days. Finally I got a loaner from them. 2) I had my EV battery replaced by recall. My new car was getting 25-30 miles per charge, but only 18 at replacement time. The new battery only gets 18. 3) They left my car undriven in sun for a month. The batttery was dead upon return. I am sure they jumped it at the dealer, and thought it would recharge on the 20 minute trip to my house. The car did not start for me. It would not recharge. It was really dead . I had to buy a new battery. 4) I asked to have a known (new) leaking tire repaired. They could find a leak.It still needs more air every few weeks. I had to buy a portable hand held compresser. 5) I have to clear error memos every time I drive the car. I will not rate individuals. Many were unnamed texts, anyway. I am angry that the service representative told me that my battery could be changed in one day. I had seen an open week, two weeks ahead - than was my original plan, but I was diverted horribly. The valet people were all very nice. More

The service that I received was really good and the technician that came out did a great job without damaging anything and broke down a thorough understanding of what was being done. Was my first time using WayneAker Ford service department. Was a great experience. Service Rep Danielle was great with communication throughout. Maria who set up appointment and the Valets were department. Was a great experience. Service Rep Danielle was great with communication throughout.
