I really wanted to rate them higher but there are too many controllable issues they struggled with. To start, the dealership was unorganized and caused a lot of unnecessary thrash. They told us they had many controllable issues they struggled with. To start, the dealership was unorganized and caused a lot of unnecessary thrash. They told us they had a loaner vehicle and we had to get in quickly as they couldn’t hold loaner cars. We made immediate arrangements to drive the roughly 70+ miles to drop our car off only to be told that they were wrong and had no loaners. Fortunately, after a lot of tears from my wife who was the one dropping the car off, and a call to me, a supervisor stepped in to find a solution… which was good, but they caused a lot of unnecessary heartache and undue stress in the process. The service advisor was fairly communicative and we appreciated that. However, one of the issues we were having was with a window regulator not rolling up / reopening when rolled up, which was the same issue we brought it in for previously. They said they reprogrammed it previously but we started having the same problem shortly after picking it up. Clearly the tech didn’t diagnose and fix the problem to begin with. The regulator was clearly having an issue with the anti-pinch technology and he didn’t fix it. They initially told us the parts were ordered and they were shooting for midweek the following week to get it fixed. We had told them that we needed to leave by the following Thursday for a trip we had previously scheduled. They did not want us to drive the loaner vehicle more than a certain distance and this was going to be a problem if the car wasn’t fixed. When we checked in the following week on the repairs to see when it may be done they said it would be Friday. This was a problem as we told them we needed the car for our trip or else they needed to be ok with the loaner having more miles than they wanted. After some back and forth they let us know they would finish with it by Wednesday at the latest… which they did. Again, we were upfront with our plans and they caused a lot of undue stress with the changing timeline. All of this could have been overlooked given they found ways to resolve the various issues aside from the one repair being a repeat issue that wasn’t fixed correctly the first time. However, after getting the vehicle back we found they dented and scratched our car in the door jamb upon which they were working. We immediately called and advised. They said they would look at the video of when the car was worked on to see if they could discern when and if this occurred while in their care. Our vehicle was in pristine condition and the only damage we have is in the area where they were working. It’s been weeks and we still haven’t heard back about their findings or if they are going to attempt to make this right. This is the straw that broke the camel’s back so to speak. I cannot recommend them based upon the totality of our experience and that we have issues that remain unresolved. More
