Was running about 15 minutes late. When I arrived, one of the driver's asked what I needed today. I informed them that I had a service appointment. Received a loaner car. Car was ready when promised, clean and in good condition.1st service, rotated tires and checked fluids didn't change oil due to mileage of approximately 3600 miles.
