I waited for over two weeks to get a loaner, which was sold to me at purchase. I waited for the loaner then to find out it was the smaller version of my CX 50. That car was uncomfortable and small. All staff I interacted with was friendly and courteous. However, my big issue is that I brought in a leased vehicle for servicing and was asked if I wanted the oil changed and tires rotated— I said yes. Upon leaving, my tires showed that they were low and I had to fill them myself at a different location. Doing this is not that big or a deal but leaving from a servicing appointment, I expected more.
