I purchase a used car from Westside Lexus 1-2024. The sales person was nice, but would not budge on the price, also told me that the trade-in amont offered was under valued, but not going to go up, a The sales person was nice, but would not budge on the price, also told me that the trade-in amont offered was under valued, but not going to go up, and it would be best to go sell it elsewhere. (Which I did) Then when I took delivery of the vehicle, it DID NOT HAVE A PASSENGER WIPER BLADE. It had been raining for 2 day straight. I could not belive the incompetance of the "Prep team" to do this, which led me to wonder what else was not done in the pre sale inspection. My guess is they washed it and removed the wiper blade. Oil was suppoded to be changed, but the car shows it at 17%. I am gussing that was not done. I can only assume Westside Lexus used car pre sale inspection includes a wash and drive it to he lot...that is all. So had it not been for the fact that the car was what I was looking for in the past 4 months. I would not have done business at West Side Lexus. More

Great service but I felt like we were pressured more to purchase a Lexus certified than non Lexus certified vehicles.
