Great experience- and I went to several dealerships while searching for a pre-owned MDX. I found Vin online, when inquiring about how sales tax would work since I'm from out of state. Vin was great about taking me and my husband out for several test drives- in terrible weather- and always cleaned all the snow (probably sleet and hail, too) from the cars so we could really look at the body. He was always very good about answering my (many) questions via email. I highly recommend the dealership, but Vin in particular- because he is very trustworthy. He even shipped me some things after the sale (cap/mug) because they were all out on the night we went to pick up the car. More

So, as a small business owner, I know the value of a good review. The team at Acura of Westchester was great! I was choosing between a Certified Pre Owned Acura RDX from Acura of Westchester, and a Certified review. The team at Acura of Westchester was great! I was choosing between a Certified Pre Owned Acura RDX from Acura of Westchester, and a Certified Pre Owned BMW X3 from a different dealer. When walking into Acura of Westchester, I was greeted with warm smiles and a very nice, "Hello, can I help you?" I explained what I was looking for and then directed to Matt Belov. Matt was very nice as he listened to my tale of having to get rid of my sporty sedan in favor of a more family oriented vehicle. I looked online at what they had in stock and told Matt that I would like to see the car I had picked out online. I said that I was looking at the 2 cars I mentioned and was looking to decide in the next few days which car I would be purchasing. No pressure from Matt, he showed me the car, we worked through the numbers and I was out within 45 minuted with the info I needed. I went to my next dealer and just did not find the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the options I wanted. I called Matt to purchase the RDX about 2 hours later. The whole process was about an hour and I picked up the car a day later. The team I worked with at Acura of Westchester, Matt, Danny, and Alex, was 100% on point, and left me with a very positive feeling. If you are looking for an Acura dealer to work with, this is the place to go! More

Even though Brianna was out of town, she didn't want to make me wait and she stayed on top of things, checking her email and getting me in touch with Kelly Ryder who was also terrific! Kelly worked with me and was in frequent communication with updates, and I was able to get my RDX within just a few days of contacting Brianna. They are competitive with prices and beat the offers that I had from other dealerships. Danny was also a pleasure to work with. The staff at Acura of Westchester are friendly and easy to work with. Even though I am now living on Long Island, it is worth the drive to continue to come here. Their service department is wonderful too! More
