This dealership does not care about customer service. A number of instances in which I was not treated correctly, from sales to service. Particularly, it took me roughly 6 weeks and four phone calls to get number of instances in which I was not treated correctly, from sales to service. Particularly, it took me roughly 6 weeks and four phone calls to get my certified pre-owned paperwork after i already bought the car; that is unacceptable. I had to call Acura HQ and get them involved and sales person was becoming extremely rude about it, as if i was nuisance. I also ordered parts that were never sent to me and had to get a refund; it took three weeks and 4 phone calls to do this as well. Everyone you speak to passes the buck and blames the unacceptable level of service on someone else and never takes responsibility. I received a call from the manager apologizing, who also made some promises on parts that would be delivered to me; i never received them. If i buy a luxury car, i should be treated in that manner; i do not recommend this dealership More

Danny and Kelly were very professional and helpful. They were able to get me a great deal on a new 2013 MDX lease. I could have gone to a closer Acura dealership, but do not mind the extra commute for the detail to service and professionalism offered at this dealership. I consider Danny a friend, and now I made another friend with Kelly. She went out of her way to make sure the transition was as smooth as possible. She took her time with me during my test drives to make sure I made the right decision in choosing my next vehicle. Danny and Kelly made the vehicle purchase process stress free, which is key when making such a big purchase. More

I came to Acura of Westchester after some research online. It didn't hurt that I saw their name on every other Acura license plate frame. They seemed to have excelled in customer service. I walked in blindly though and was paired up with John Castiello. John did a first rate job. We asked me what I was looking for, he listened and we went from there. He, as well as his collaegue Dan Giannotti, worked to move me from my 2010 Accord to 2013 TL. We took our time, I enjoyed some well made coffee and we came to a fair agreement on price. In addition, they were able to take my Honda off my hands in a very hassle free way. All in all, it was a great first step in a relationship. John and his associates understand how to work with people. More

I came to Acura of Westchester after doing a lot of research on a pre-owned certified MDX. Brianna is a very nice and very professional sales young lady. She worked with me to ensure I could get research on a pre-owned certified MDX. Brianna is a very nice and very professional sales young lady. She worked with me to ensure I could get all the bells and whistles I wanted (Roof Rails, Hitch Hook, Remote Start, etc.) at a very reasonable price, and even great financing! I dealt with Brianna in Sales and Tom Maxfield in Service, and the whole team (including Danny and Chris) were all always very attentive to details, never dropped the ball with my requests. I requested an alignment and balancing, and an upgrade on my remote start. I got a loaner car for a few days and everything went smoothly. This is “white glove” treatment, they make me feel like a real VIP customer. Thank you guys!! Andres More

This was the best auto purchase experience I have ever had and I have bought at least 10 cars in my life. Kelly was a pleasure to work with--knowledgeable, friendly, honest. She even gave us a gift for purchasing the car from her, an extra special touch that goes a long way with a client. Our conversation with Danny served to confirm that this dealership is unique in our experience. He also was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. There seemed to be none of the sales manipulation that I have experienced so often in purchasing cars. Of course they are interested in selling me a car and we all know that, but they do it in a direct and respectful manner. They were also extraordinarily customer service oriented and negotiated generously and easily. I love that each customer is assigned a service person for repairs and upkeep that will work with them throughout the life of the car. I give them the highest rating possible! More

Below are the details of my purchase of a 2010 Acura MDX from Acura Of Westchester. They have since contacted me to work out a settlement of the issues with the vehicle. I was impressed that they did make a honest effort to come to a suitable agreement to fix the issues. I would have appreciated it much more if they would have showed this level of service from the beginning. I got estimates for the repairs that were needed and faxed them to Danny at Acura of Westchester and he had a check issued and sent to me to reimburse me for the expenses. My phone conversations went great when I decided to purchase a 2010 MDX. The sales person seemed very nice and helpful on the phone, he assured me the condition of the MDX for a used vehicle was "perfect". Called me back had me speak with the sales manager Danny who told me car was in excellent condition other that a few small dings in the hood that would be fixed there were no issues with this car. I was very clear with both them that I would have to travel 12 hours to see the car and purchase it and I did not want any surprises with the condition and price. I was very clear that I wanted the car to look as they claimed it was "perfect". Both guys seemed very helpful and upfront about the vehicle the condition and price on the phone. I am from out of state and had to drive 12 hours to pick up the car. The only day I could do this was on Richards day off but he said it was fine and would meet me at the dealership to do the deal. I arrived at Acura of Westchester a little early so Richard had to take a few minutes to bring to car around front for me, no problem for me. The 2010 black MDX looked great at a distance but a closer look is a big difference. Major issues were all four rims had deep scrapes and gouges, the hood still had noticeable dents, the side panels and had deep scratches and scrapes, a piece of the plastic strip on the roof was dented and lose, one running board dented and scraped, inside leather was stained, only had one head set for rear DVD, from plastic scraped and noticeable marks all over vehicle that looks like hail damage. The sales persons attitude changed from great guy to pushy rude and unreasonable sales person, speaking with Daniel was no better, after my 12 hour trip he said take it or leave it and was very unreasonable. Danial did finally agree to replace only one scraped rim. Being under pressure after driving 12 hours I had to make a deal and they knew this and were very rude about it. Danial and the sales person only provided one remote key and inflated the cost of a 2nd key, then claiming to give it at their cost which was actually the regular selling price. It got worse after getting home the antenna on the roof leaked and ruined the rear dome light; then there is noticeable water stains on the ceiling. It also appears when I asked Richard to clean off the leather he used black touch up paint on the leather as the vehicle smells of paint inside and stains have black streaks on them. Be ready to take your time and check the vehicle over well and do not let them rush you. More

Kelly, Dannny and the manager were terrific in there attention to my needs. They took there time and came up with many options. The experience that I have had with Acura has been one that I always will remember as welcoming,as if I was family, that's how I was treated. Kenny xxxx has gone above and beyond what General managers hav that I always will remember as welcoming,as if I was family, that's how I was treated. Kenny xxxx has gone above and beyond what General managers have done, he makes suggestions, helps for a solution that is accomidating for you, as the customer, and makes it work. The confidence he maintains, is very comforting and relaxing, especially with my circumstances, of my husband passing. This was my second purchase, alone from this Dealership 4th transaction from 2005. This dealership over the past few years has been all about customer service and accomidating the customer,m whether a buyer or for a service visit. Liam Tully, the salesman that did all the paper work, for this lease. He was fantastic, no nonsense, all cut and dry working with my needs, patiently, and never forcing sales of one particular car. He respected my choices, went through the pros and cons of different cars, let me drive the cars, ask all the questions I needed and executed paper work quickly, had the car ready for pick up and signatures in 2 days. He truly was real, made me comfortable, gave me my space to think and decide, and time to go over options that worked for me, And most importantly he understood and laughted at my sense of humor about life & situations. I must add Danny Giannotti, worked with me in 2008 and he remembered all the details, of my particular situation and was superb back then, and today and was glad to see him as manager of sales, his personality is perfect, sincere, confident and empathetic. It was he who I spoke to first back in 2008, and his relating to my situation, very much like what he had experienced growing up, and he went to Kenny to find a way to help out my unusal situation. I thank all of them for that as it was a difficult time after my husband, and I must say ACURA of Larchmont, Kenny and Danny, in 2008 were the only two people that went above and beyond the realm of their positions to help me as a traumatized widow, when the rest of other businesses didn't care less, my situation, a young widow with 5 kids.
