The staff is very efficient, very friendly and very comfortable to work with. Frankie Ferraro was my main sales person and I would easily recommend him but I can say that for anyone I encountered there - Liam Tully, who works alongside Frankie, was very helpful in the process and took his time explaining features of the vehicle, which are many and which are quite impressive. We briefly considered a new purchase or lease but that does not fit what we wanted at this time due to our intended usage, and at no point did we feel pressured to spend more or buy brand new although the options were all laid out. I bought a pre-owned vehicle that is effectively new; it has full certification, came with very low mileage off a lightly used lease, and was in excellent condition. And what a car, my first Acura and I already think I it will be a tough sell on anything else after having it for just a couple days. It helps too that this dealership has a full service center and is open 7 days, and they really, really stand behind their vehicles. More

Both of the gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgable of the product and the individual car being purchased. They even personally knew the previous owner and showed me all of the services that were done at the actual dealership . I was in search of a new car and stopped by Acura of Westchester to take a look at a few of their new models. This negative connotation of the car business diminished as soon as I walked through the door and was politely greeted by a sales rep named Phil Giorgio. He was very patient and extremely personable. He made sure that I found a car that fit my needs as well as my budget. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the deal and was very knowledgable on the product. I was also greeted by one of the managers named Danny who was extremely welcoming and I felt confident that I was getting the best deal here. I would definetly refer my friends and family to Acura of Westchester and I look forward to seeing the wonderful staff again soon! More

Our original salesperson Danny still works at the dealership (now a manager) and greeted us when we arrived and then introduced us to Brianna and Diane who did a great job handling our trade in and finalizing our purchase. The new MDX is an amazing car and even better than our last one which we had no problems with, which is very importsnt to us. My wife loves the service department (we commend Tom for his approach to customer service) and has had a no hassle experience over the last 11 years. So we would highly rate and recommend this dealership it will enhance your car buying experience! More

I must say we were not the easiest people to deal with and Phil hung strong with us and all of our requirements. His friendly enthuciasm made car shopping a great experience. When negotiating on a price, Danny gave us the breakdown on the vehicle in terms of financing and arriving at a great price. Him and well as Jonathan helped answer all my questions, they are very knowledeable about what they do. Even after purchasing the vehicle, Jonathan was more than willing to answer the many questions I had for him in regards to my 7 yr/100,000 mile warranty. His professionalism is exemplary. Our salesman, Jonathan Zung, was great. We drove 120 miles from upstate Connecticut to deal with Acura of Westchester. We purchased a Certified Pre-owned Acura TL, and Jonathan's description of the car over the phone and details of the certification process were timely and accurate, so there were no surprises when we got to the dealership. The car was prepped and detailed perfectly when we arrived. We also dealt with Daniel Giannotti, the pre-owned sales manager. Dan was very informative relative to what had been done to the car during certification, and the value of that process. He was also willing to negotiate the price of the car with us, and left us feeling that we got a good deal. I would highly recommend Acura of Westchester, as they have a huge selection of new and used Acuras and are willing to give you the best deal around. If you want to deal with a friendly and honest salesman who will make you feel welcome and put you at ease, ask for Jonathan Zung. More
