Most dealerships gave me a hard time about sending me the bottom line before visiting, but not Mark, he was quick to respond, and I was able to finalize everything virtually and had already bought my new truck before the other dealerships got around to sending me the requested numbers. He had to stay after closing to finalize the sale but offered to stay even later to show us additional features and tour the facility. I hate dealing with most car salespeople as they are pushy and try to hide key information, but I am so glad Mark was the compete opposite and he will definitely have my return business.
