We began our journey with this dealership online, researching a few of their available used vehicles and filled out a trade-in form. Within less than 30 minutes and just prior to their closing time, researching a few of their available used vehicles and filled out a trade-in form. Within less than 30 minutes and just prior to their closing time, I was contacted by Ms. Dimple Patel to set up a test drive for the next morning. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Mark Gilmore who brought us inside to research the information I had already provided online. He quickly brought out the requested vehicle in a covered area as it was storming and educated us on all the features of the vehicle and questions we had. We took it for a test drive and talked over our choices over lunch. Upon our return, he promptly approached us and we quickly told him we were interested in purchasing the vehicle. As the paperwork progressed, we spent our time moving items from one to another. Then it was our turn to sign all the paperwork which Mr. Danny Hawkins was wonderfully efficient with. We finished transferring our things and joyfully took a picture with our new-to-us ride. We greatly enjoyed our vehicle buying process with the staff at this dealership. We never felt pressured or rushed and they were all friendly and listened attentively. We highly recommend using their proficient services! More
