We arrived at Allen Turner Chevrolet and was greeted by Mark Gilmore with a smile and a handshake. Curious as to what we did not like about the vehicle so he basically could evaluate our concerns to best be able to provide us with the Chevrolet options available to us to best suit our needs. We went through our options and made an educated decision that the Equinox would meet our needs with functionally, comfort, mileage, price range and safety features. Mark then took his time to show us the vehicle from inside and out to in great detail explain all that the Equinox had to offer. Amazingly enough a heated steering wheel and heated seats that is so a plus with my rheumatoid arthritis. Huge selling factor the vehicle has a drivers seat that elevates and adapts to people short in stature as that was a major issue with my now former vehicle as I could not see over the steering wheel to properly judge where I was from a parking standpoint. To my amazement Mark said we have all around cameras so you can see where you are in parking and also know where you are on the road traveling. Unbelieveable and a definite plus to have that extra guidance and notifications while driving if you veer off to the side of the road near the lines. Mark had such patience with us to go over every sequence on the home screen to set up the vehicle as well as sync the phone with return demonstration and verification if we understood as it can be overwhelming with all this information in such a brief encounter. We set out on our test drive that went so smooth as we had the briefing prior to the road test. Mark and the vehicle exceeded our expectations. Mark escorted us to the office to go over the paperwork that went so smooth and not labor intensive as this could have been stressful but, it was phenomenal while our now new vehicle was being detailed and prepped for our delivery. Mark once again, went over the vehicle prior to leaving the lot as well as a photo with your new vehicle. Customer service is a priority and caring enough to have you contact them anytime with further questions or concerns. We then went to speak to Danny who was able to provide us with all the financial information and options so we could be knowledgeable and make educated decisions. Danny was very low key and made this again could be stressful experience very calm and most reassuring. Allen Turner Chevrolet is the dealership with highly professional, educated and superior employees that care about you as the consumer. the dealership has a wonderful clean waiting area with drinks should you need to wait for service. You can tell they care about the consumer as this area is very large to meet the needs of the customers should they be waiting on service of their vehicle. They treat you like family and support you every step of the way. It is reassuring to know that when you leave the dealership in your new ride it is not the end of the relationship. Totally phenomenal experience from entering the parking lot to leaving with smiles, handshakes and continued reassurance of support if needed anytime. More

Always throughout our conversations we had the opportunity to ask questions and he also checked if we understood the education he provided us. He was so caring and sensitive to us in not having our experience overwhelming! We purchased our Equinox knowing how to work all the options before we left the dealership as well as the opportunity to reach out to him with any questions or concerns for further clarification.
