Billy was great to work with & what started as a somewhat "unprepared spur of the moment" visit, ended with me trading in my Colorado on a sweet brand-new Chevy Colorado ZR2 that I'm looking forward to driving for many years to come. I originally had a 2020 Bolt EV that was eligible for the GM collateral trade program (Battery recall). I started the process for the program around August of 2021 and I got pushed around from dealer to deal GM collateral trade program (Battery recall). I started the process for the program around August of 2021 and I got pushed around from dealer to dealer trying to find one that would inevitably change its mind on hosting the trade. They would change their mind when they realized that they wouldn't be able to up-charge me or add services/products that I never wanted. A couple of months ago my GM rep reached out to Allen Turner Chevrolet and spoke with Jerry Smith. Jerry said that he would gladly host the trade. He was shocked & disappointed to hear why other Chevrolet dealers were declining to host the trade. Jerry quickly and precisely ordered the 2023 Bolt EV with the options I wanted and didn't push for any other services or parts that I didn't want. A couple days ago I got notified by Jerry that my car was ready to be picked up. I went to the dealership and met with Steve who helped guide me through dealer side of the paperwork for the trade. He was very knowledgable about EVs and was very friendly and professional. After I met with Steve I went to see Danny (financial advisor) and we quickly went through title, tags, tax documents. Danny was very proficient and friendly too. All in all I was in and out of the dealership in an hour, which has never happened anytime I went to any dealership (Usually 4+ hours). Obviously your situation will vary but I definitely felt that they valued my time and didn't waste a minute of it. I greatly appreciate how wholesome and professional Jerry, Steve and Danny are for helping me throughout this trade process. I appreciate how much your team valued my time and made this trade stress-free. Also, I love the new 2023 Bolt EV! Thank you again and I wish you all an awesome life, Sean More
