This time it was different for one reason, Carlos Enrique Rosas was our salesperson. He NEVER pressured us into anything. He was honest and helpful, we felt we could actually trust him and believe what he said. He even came in on his day off even though we urged him not to. Robert, the sales manager was also great. He was helpful and had a good sense of humor. I have never written a glowing review about a car experience because quite frankly they are usually not pleasant experiences; however Carlos stands out as a bright star. If all of your salesmen are like him you should garner the lions share of the market because no one else comes close to treating people like they are more than a quota. I commend you on your hiring choice and can promise to spread the word about your exemplary employee and someone we now count as a friend - Carlso Rosas. More

Money scam Our visit was for the free first oil change. When we checked in with the service advisor my husband and I were told, NOT asked about an additional ser Our visit was for the free first oil change. When we checked in with the service advisor my husband and I were told, NOT asked about an additional service that was going to be added to our bill. The service that was automatically added to our bill was the 75000 mile maintenance check which ended up just being a scam for the dealership to get almost $50 more money out of your pocket. The service is all about components being inspected that any owner can do themselves so it's just pure profit for the dealership. From purchasing are vehicle to this service experienced our impression of Steve Landers Toyota is that it's a money scam and they do everything they can to get more money out of you whether it's selling their vehicle more than fair market value or scamming you out of money in the service department. I would never recommend this dealership for buying any vehicle or servicing any vehicle. More
