I took my tire in because of a slow leaked. Young man could not find one and replaced the valve stem for $20.00. I left and immediately had slow leak. Returned a couple days later after not driving car could not find one and replaced the valve stem for $20.00. I left and immediately had slow leak. Returned a couple days later after not driving car and I ended up replacing tire because a nail was in side wall. Wasted $20 on a bad diagnosis, and was quoted the most expensive tire which was a ridiculous suggestion since only one tire was being replaced. All round displeased in every level with recent service. More

Great work / Great crew! I came in for service, the problem was quickly identified and I was out the door with a loaner car. Amazing. Next day I had my F-150 back, the probl I came in for service, the problem was quickly identified and I was out the door with a loaner car. Amazing. Next day I had my F-150 back, the problem was fixed and I was on my way. Danny is my service writer and he is excellent! It is also very helpful that he is able to work so well with the loner dept. Thanks so much. More

Bill Utter Ford was great. Danny in Service Department informed me through the entire process for a vehicle I eventually would trade in. Doyle in Sales worked to find a car that worked for me. I had seve informed me through the entire process for a vehicle I eventually would trade in. Doyle in Sales worked to find a car that worked for me. I had several cars in mind and with his help it made the decision easier. Carl Anderson made a financing option suggestion that helped keep my payments lower now. Even though they will go up in the future I have 3 years to prepare for the increased payments. While I normally would not have used this Flex option, life things came up recently that makes this option work for me now. More
