I have been coming to you since I purchased a car from you for my oil changes. I would assume you would continue with the same history of the kind of oil I use. But your guy said he asked me and I said yes to the oil that I never had used before. So I Was not happy about that. Some may call that marketing, but I call that deceitful. If I can’t trust you with the history of my car, I have to consider to go elsewhere. I also waited two hours and 15 minutes for this oil change with no car wash. I think that’s too long. More
