Great experience I started out working with Andy over the phone on an Audi Q5 that had just come into inventory. There were no pictures yet, but the description matche I started out working with Andy over the phone on an Audi Q5 that had just come into inventory. There were no pictures yet, but the description matched what I was looking for so I contacted the dealership. Andy was very nice and helpful and did everything he could to get me all the information I wanted. He even offered to drive to car down to my work so that I could see it before another scheduled appointment. That did not end up working out, but it was very solid customer service. He was not able to be there when I came into the dealership to see the car, but I dealt with Danny and Junior Quintana. They were both accommodating and very respectful during the negotiations. I waited quite a while in order to get into the finance area after dealing with the Quintanas, so that process could have been sped up a bit just to sign a few papers. Ultimately I have a nice experience at Certified Benz and Beemer. More

Fun, easy car buying experience- Delivered paperwork to us! We were very impressed from the beginning to the end with our car buying experience at Certified Benz and Beemer. Danny Jr Quintana was the perfect person to help us find our car. His smile and energy is contagious. It's always a bit awkward to go on a test drive with the sales person, but not with Jr - he made it fun and got us even more excited. We liked how he didn't talk to us the whole time, let us talk to each other and enjoy the ride and only answered our questions. Yes we like it when sales people point out things we might not know about the car that are exciting, but we don't want to hear about how great the dealership is and we liked that Jr focused on the car and letting us enjoy our test drive. He never pressured us or made us not feel that we weren't just having fun looking at cars. After thinking about the Range Rover we found at this dealership and doing some research online, we knew we found the one. I text Jr (which I like because I don't want to be on phone calls) and he replied right back and continued to the process of getting the car sold via a few text, emails, and a couple calls w/finance. The paperwork was all drawn up for us w/out having to go back to the dealership and they delivered the car and paperwork to our work, we never had to go back to the dealership and sit down there. Beyond impressed and just such a relaxing fun experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful from Chris Barone, Chris Reyes, and Rocio Woodward. Also, there was no need to haggle on price, they told us it was priced to sell and from all our research, they were spot on. There wasn't anything like this Range Rover sport across the country, that had all the bells and whistles we want. So there wasn't a negotiation needed, we just paid the price because it was true they priced it aggressive. Great experience, awesome cars! More

Professional Owner - Salesman- Head Mechanic Larry Ryan I purchased my 2007 SL 550 (73,384 miles) from CBB salesman Danny Quintana on December 15, 2014. I first met Danny in November 2014 when I stopped by I purchased my 2007 SL 550 (73,384 miles) from CBB salesman Danny Quintana on December 15, 2014. I first met Danny in November 2014 when I stopped by CBB to look at the SL 550. From the beginning, Danny was very professional, (always with a smile) detailed and able to assist me with the history of the car. Importantly, Danny never pressured me to buy the car that day. Weeks went buy and he followed-up with a courtesy call to see if I was stilled interested. Luckily the car was still there in December and was listed below market value. One of the stalwarts of CBB is the head-mechanic Larry Ryan. Larry is always gracious enough to spend time with me in explaining the "bells and whistles" of my SL. He always goes above and beyond in his customer service. Also, Service Advisor Val Atwood-Finance Manager Tracey Weaver-Mo Abdouni-Trevor Gaiser and finally the owner Jack Schneider, were outstanding to do business with.
