He was super friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable like I have with other dealerships in the past. Danny and Lee were very flexible and willing to work with me without having a trade in. Travis in service came by to go over the history of the car and the maintenance records. Talk about above and beyond! Chris in finance was informative and thorough. I still can't get over how quick and painless the entire process was, I was out of there in an hour. What a relief! The best experience I have ever had purchasing from a dealer out of eleven cars from eight dealerships in 25 years. The car was priced right, the car was immaculate (as was the entire dealership, every c dealer out of eleven cars from eight dealerships in 25 years. The car was priced right, the car was immaculate (as was the entire dealership, every car on the property, and even the service department where we went to answer questions I had about the car). I was given a fair amount for my trade, the staff was focused, attentive and in tune to my wants and needs, and the the process and paperwork was done very quickly. Three days later and I am still astonished at the attention to detail, professionalism and pricing. There is no question my future purchases will be from this dealership and I have told my experience to a client who is looking for a Ford King Ranch edition who is now excited about the opportunity to work with a dealership that "gets it". As a business owner and consultant I have seen a steady decline in service in all industries across the board and it was extremely refreshing to work with this dealership. We were planning a vacation to Scottsdale, so I thought we could go by and check it out and maybe take it for a test drive. The next morning I received a response from Paige Price, who was friendly, helpful, and not one bit pushy. She answered all of my questions and was just a pleasure to work with from the get go. When we arrived to look at the car and take a test drive, we were helped by Barry Bridges, another 5 star employee at CBB. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, it was Danny Quintana who helped us and he was everything a car salesman should be - straight talking, direct, helpful and realistic. We made arrangements to have the car shipped back to us in California, but they encouraged us to drive it around during the remainder of our vacation and what a great time we had! If you're looking for an exceptional car buying experience without all of the negative stuff you've come to expect from car dealerships, particularly used car dealerships, CBB is the place to go. It was definitely the simplest and, quite frankly, pleasurable, car buying experiences I've ever had. I had heard great things about Certified Benz and Beemer, and then I found my dream car on Ebay and it just so happened that Benz and Beemer had it. I called ahead to see if they still had it in stock and they did. When we got to the dealer, Danny had it running and was ready for us to test drive it (he even sat in the backseat and entertained our 7 month old daughter while on the test drive). The car had a few things that needed to be repaired and Danny was great about assisting me with the repairs and getting me safely on the road again. I have faith that my new car is all that I dreamed of, and if it needs any more repairs, I can be sure to get it repaired under the 3 month warranty that Certified Benz and Beemer includes in the purchase. Danny is not just a salesman, he is a friend who truly cares. Go Broncos! More
