We stopped in at Benz & Beemer to view a car that was advertised on the internet for possible purchase. The car was off the lot receiving some minor repairs. We were very interested in the car and were time limited, therefore our sales consultant, Danny Quintana, worked with the sales manager, Normand Neal to allow us to be driven to the off site location. This allowed us to review the car in detail and resulted in a decision to purchase the car. Danny brought us back to the dealership and arranged everything to our satisfaction. He was up front and honest and worked to get us the very best deal possible. While the paperwork was being processed, Normand checked with us to assure that we were satisfied, and had us introduced to the service advisor, Stacy Moore. In a very short while, Chris Barone was ready with our paperwork and financing. He reviewed the documents with us and advised us on potential options and made excellent recommendations that made us feel that he was on our side. We have never been treated better at any other dealer. This is a first rate dealer that puts customers first and guarantees satisfaction. Everyone at the dearler was genuine and expressed sincere concern over our wellfare. We will definately bring our car there for regular check-ups and maintenance. We can't say enough about how good were were treated by Benz & Beemer, and especilly Danny Quintana. He went beyond normal customer service to assure all our needs were met. I had been looking for a second car and found the Benz & Beemer website and it looked like they had excellent used cars at fair prices. I decided to check them out with no intention of buying a car that day. I was outside looking at their cars when Danny Quintana came out to help me. He listened to what I was looking for, answered my questions and then said he had a car upstairs " that was looking for a new owner". We went up and looked at the car and it was exactly the car I was looking for. We took the BMW for a test drive and it was in excellent shape and one sweet ride! Danny never pressured me into buying the car but since it was what I was looking for, I asked him to put some numbers together. We were able to agree on a deal and the paperwork was done very timely. Normand Neal also was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Tracey Weaver did the financing and it was a breeze. Since I was trading a car in, Danny and "the Wisconsin guy"- sorry I can't remember his name, followed me home with my new car. All in all a great experience and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car. More

Many people may actually feel car salesmen can be slightly aggressive to make a sale; like as if they are so determined to make it they will go to whatever length to do just that. I noticed a posting of a vehicle on the internet which led me directly to their Dealership. The vehicle was rare, so I knew I had to move quickly. The sales associate whom answered was Daniel Quintana. I told him, hold the vehicle, give me twenty minutes, I want the car. I live in Los Angeles area and with their location being Scottsdale, Az., I am sure he was inclined to think I was pulling his chain. He did just that though, he managed to keep the vehicle under weather for just the right amount of time for me to call him two hours later to say, "I will be inbound first thing in the morning with a check in hand to take the vehicle off their floor." Once I arrived, both Daniel and Lee were just great. They had the car dressed and ready to go, the paperwork set and ready to process, and carried conversations with me like as if we had known each other for years. It was a comfortable atmosphere; I didn't feel pressured nor did I feel consumed. They gave me space, advice, and worked out the right deal for me. I highly recommend this location to others. Their prices were amazing. I found many vehicles around that were priced reasonably and some priced unbelievably low for what I imagined a car of their magnitude would actually be priced at. I give this Company and the members whom make it up a 5 Star rating. More

Wow, what an amazing dealership. I had been looking for a top end car at an affordable price and i did get that. "750LI" what i also got was an amazing salesman and dealership to buy from. I had been in contact with danny a few months prior when I expressed interest in a car they had in inventory, although it was not quite the correct fit for me I could see that this was the place to watch. When I saw the 750 online I contacted Danny the next morning and expressed my interest. He started the process for me while we were talking on the phone, before I knew it the paperwork was done and all i had to do was come pick it up, as I work out of town it took a couple days for me to get to the dealership and take delivery. Upon arriving Danny was busy on another deal threw me the keys so i could get to know the new lady in my life. A 4.8 liter v8 test drive later a quick stop to sign with finance and i was done. Danny Quintana was a pleasure to work with. I called in over the phone inquiring about a certain vehicle and asked him to work out all the numbers for me. This is something I would normally do in person however I had already stopped in earlier in the week where a credit check and income verification was completed. He was on his way home when I initially called however he made sure to call me back with all the numbers from home. I told him I was interested and he was willing to go back in the office to help me out. Despite short notice he met me back at the dealership and got me in my new car. Danny was very friendly and did not apply any pressure in the sale. I will do business with Danny and Certified Benz and Beemer in the future. More
