I found my sought-after GLS 450 online on their website and sent an email inquiry the same night. The very next morning, Brandon contacted me, gave me additional information about the vehicle, and answered all my questions. He was friendly both on the phone and in person, and took the time to send me pictures and videos of the vehicle even before I set foot at the dealership for the first time. Once I got to the dealership later that day, Danny took over and was helpful in every sense of the word, from evaluating my trade-in to showing me my way around the new car, he was a true professional and was always smiling at every step. You can never under-estimate the power of a smile. Both Danny and Brandon made what is usually a stressful process into stress-free, joyful experience for me.
