The worst service ever for an oil change, they gave me a price and I ended up paying more than what I was told just because they need to put 6 litters of oil tu my suv. Service department is terrible I was waiting for 5 hours to get my a/c diagnosed then charged $380 for a diagnostic. You can go to any other Jeep Dealer and diagnostic are at $180 then once I come to pick to get my a/c diagnosed then charged $380 for a diagnostic. You can go to any other Jeep Dealer and diagnostic are at $180 then once I come to pick up my vehicle it still took an hour for them to pull it out from the service department. Absolutely worst experience at a Mopar dealership ever. Highly Won’t Recommend More
