Service department is terrible I was waiting for 5 hours to get my a/c diagnosed then charged $380 for a diagnostic. You can go to any other Jeep Dealer and diagnostic are at $180 then once I come to pick to get my a/c diagnosed then charged $380 for a diagnostic. You can go to any other Jeep Dealer and diagnostic are at $180 then once I come to pick up my vehicle it still took an hour for them to pull it out from the service department. Absolutely worst experience at a Mopar dealership ever. Highly Won’t Recommend More

Took My truck in for its first oil change, and they topped off all my fluids, rotated the wheels and left it cleaner then when i brought it in!
