I own a 2015 Infiniti Q50a, and I have serviced the car ONLY at the Infiniti of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach. Danny Solorzano is my service consultant at the dealership, and he is the BEST. We sit down in his office, and in a gentlemanly way we discuss what needs to be done with the car both in the present and in the future. Danny most definitely knows his "stuff" when it comes to the Infiniti product. Danny works with me when he can in terms of utilizing coupons to keep the dealership charges in line.
